Gallery aquabitArt shows various artistic positions, moving in the experimental field between architecture, art, installations and new media.
The founder and architect Irina Ilieva opened the gallery space in early 2009 at the renowned Berlin “Gallery street” – Auguststraße 35 in Berlin-Mitte. Gallery aquabitArt regularly hosts exhibitions, art installations, art talks, performances, discussions and lectures.
Gallery aquabitArt has already successfully realized projects with the kind support of, among others, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia, the Bureau des arts plastiques des Institut français, the French Ministry of Culture, REGION GRAND-EST, Direction de la culture, Festival Make City, the Architektenkammer Berlin and STIFTUNGKUNSTFONDS/NEUSTART KULTUR.
