Collaged etching
HxB 30 x 40 cm
52.5 x 62.5 cm with frame

“How to Escape, Blue” by Wilfried Habrich is a collaged etching that explores themes of movement and transition through layered forms and a controlled composition. The title suggests a contemplative approach to the idea of escape, with “Blue” adding a tonal and emotional dimension. As with his other works, the title provides an additional layer of meaning that invites open interpretation. REFLECTION is a simple, but also complex word that thematises our time and the extensive, sometimes very shocking changes in the world and society.
It is also a time of upheaval, a time to leave the old behind and embrace the new.
A time of contemplation, of looking back and looking forward, but also a time when we can focus on ourselves and our innermost wishes and goals in this life.
A time for reflection. For the first time, aquabitArt is showing all 8 artists of the gallery in a real, offline group exhibition.
It brings together very different artistic positions on the theme of REFLEXION in the form of painting, drawing, sculpture and photography.
