Wilfried Habrich
Mistral 133,46
Collaged etching
HxB: 21 x 15 cm
32.5 x 42.5 cm with frame

“Mistral 133,46” by Wilfried Habrich is a collaged etching that explores form, structure, and material through layered collage and etching techniques. The title “Mistral,” referring to a strong wind in southern France, adds a conceptual layer, suggesting movement and energy without defining the work’s meaning. Habrich’s titles serve as subtle keys to deeper interpretation. The work’s compact size and precise composition reflect his methodical approach to contemporary printmaking.

REFLECTION is a simple, but also complex word that thematises our time and the extensive, sometimes very shocking changes in the world and society.
It is also a time of upheaval, a time to leave the old behind and embrace the new.
A time of contemplation, of looking back and looking forward, but also a time when we can focus on ourselves and our innermost wishes and goals in this life.
A time for reflection. For the first time, aquabitArt is showing all 8 artists of the gallery in a real, offline group exhibition.
It brings together very different artistic positions on the theme of REFLEXION in the form of painting, drawing, sculpture and photography.
